Patricia Iannuzzi

Patrician Iannuzzi is a librarian with an extensive professional recognition internationally and in the United States; in a special way, because of her contributions for the informative teaching literacy programs development.

She has developed great experience in the implementation and development of institutional programs in contribution with the professors.

One of the most important projects in which she has participated, was that of coordinating the team of multidisciplinary work that worked for various months to integrate the Information Literacy Competency Standards for Higher Education, in a commission assigned by the Association of College and Research Libraries of the United States. Subsequently, she has participated in a diversity of meetings and conferences to divulge and to promote the implementation of these norms.

At present she is doyenne of libraries in the University of Snowfall in The fertile plain.

In her 25 years of professional experience she has also been deputy director of libraries in the University of California, in Berkeley.

Between 1991- 2000 was a Reference Chief in the libraries of Florida International University Libraries, Miami, Florida, where she also co-coordinated an initiative related to the informative teaching literacy.

She has given a large quantity of workshops and courses, besides dictated conferences in different parts of the world.
